What To Do?

So the other day I went to one of my local yarn shops to help a friend with a crochet issue.  While there I glanced around and stumbled across this yarn that I just fell in love with!

It's a very soft baby DK weight yarn.  The overall tone when looked at from a distance is a rosey peach.  I snatched all of it up!  I have 6 skeins (over 1000 yards), plus 3 skeins of a coordinating rose color...so I can make just about anything I would want to make with it.  However, I can't decide on a project :-(  So I'm looking for suggestions.  Any idea input would be appreciated!
